Games with controllable 'blocks' always scream amateurish to me but occasionally a game will stand out like Gravtech. Get the green block to the portal by using the gravity portals to sling yourself from one side of the level to the other. Successfully get to the required amount of portals and you will be allowed to move on to the next level.
